Our version is a modern take, made with roasted moong lentils instead of wheat, semolina or oats for a crunchy, satisfying bite. Naturally gluten-free and packed with real ingredients, it’s delicious by the handful, sprinkled over yogurt, or anywhere you’d normally reach for granola.
