SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain Babo’s Kitchen products may be offered as subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout.

Your payment information will be stored securely by Shopify, and your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, until the subscription is canceled.

The subscription price, delivery frequency, and any applicable discount will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

MANAGING OR CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION

You may manage, skip, pause, modify, or cancel an eligible subscription using the subscription-management link provided in your order-confirmation and subscription emails.

You may also contact us at hello@baboskitchen.com if you need help accessing or managing your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future recurring orders and charges. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled order, you must cancel before that order has been processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or entered fulfillment. Processed subscription orders are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

Changes to a subscription, including delivery frequency, quantity, products, shipping address, or payment information, should be submitted before the next scheduled order is processed.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may skip, delay, substitute with your approval, or cancel the affected order or subscription. We will notify you using the contact information associated with your subscription.

PRICE CHANGES

If the recurring price of a subscription changes, we will provide clear notice of the change, together with instructions for canceling, at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect, as required by applicable law. You may cancel before the updated price takes effect.
