What is Panjiri?
Panjiri is a centuries-old roasted snack from the Indian subcontinent, traditionally made to nourish families through every stage of life. Unlike many traditional versions made with semolina or wheat flour, our family's recipe has always been made with roasted moong lentils, creating a naturally crunchy, gluten-free snack for modern everyday life.
Our Original Panjiri is slow-roasted in ghee with almonds, coconut, makhana, melon seeds, edible gum and cardamom, then lightly sweetened for a warm, nutty and satisfying crunch.
Enjoy it by the handful, sprinkled over yogurt or fruit, or as a crunchy topping wherever you'd normally reach for granola.
